1. Acceptance
By accessing manriqen.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to make a purchase. By providing personal information you confirm it is accurate.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of taxes.
- We reserve the right to change prices, products and offers without notice.
- If we accidentally list an item at the wrong price, we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation email.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), and online payments via PayFast (cards, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer).
- COD orders incur a Rs. 100 fee.
- We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud).

6. Returns & exchanges
Hygiene laws prevent us from accepting returns on opened or used contact lenses. Unopened, unused lenses can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy.
7. Disclaimer
Contact lenses are medical devices. Use them responsibly: never share lenses, never sleep in them, never use them past their wear period. Consult an eye doctor if you experience persistent discomfort. Manriqen is not liable for misuse of products.
8. Intellectual property
All content on manriqen.com — text, images, logos, designs — is the property of Manriqen and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
