Delivery times by zone
- Main cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Gujranwala): 2–3 business days
- Karachi: 3–5 business days
- Other cities: 3–5 business days (varies by remoteness)
Shipping charges
- Flat Rs. 250 nationwide — same rate to every city, no surprises.
- Sales tax: 2 % on subtotal (shown on cart and checkout).
- Cash on Delivery: + Rs. 100 COD fee.
Same-day delivery — Bahria Enclave, Islamabad only
We hand-deliver to Bahria Enclave, Islamabadthe same day for customers who can't wait. This is a premium service handled out-of-band:
- Place the order via WhatsApp — message us your shade choice and delivery address.
- Payment is required in advance (bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — we'll send the details).
- Order in by noon for the same evening; later orders go out next morning.
- Standard COD checkout doesn't support same-day — please WhatsApp for this option.
Courier partners
We work with Leopards Courier and TCS for nationwide delivery. For Bahria Enclave same-day we use our own rider.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS / WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can also check status any time via our Track Order page.
International shipping
We currently don't ship outside Pakistan. Coming soon — register interest by emailing hello@manriqen.com.
Order issues
