Returns & Exchanges

Easy 7-day returns on unopened lenses.

Request a return / exchange

Fill the form below — we'll respond on WhatsApp within 24 hours.

Our policy

We want you to love your Manriqen lenses. If you're not happy, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange them — provided they meet the conditions below.

What can be returned

  • Lenses in original sealed packaging (vials/blisters unopened)
  • All accessories and packaging materials included
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

What cannot be returned (hygiene)

  • Opened lens packaging
  • Used or worn lenses
  • Lenses with damaged seal or vial
  • Custom-prescription powered lenses (these are made-to-order)

How to return

  1. WhatsApp us at +92 336 9912200 with your order number and reason
  2. We'll confirm and arrange free pickup (within Pakistan)
  3. Pack the lenses in original packaging
  4. Once received and inspected, we issue refund or send the exchange shade

Refund processing

  • COD orders: refunded as bank transfer within 3–5 working days
  • Online payment: refunded to original payment method within 7–10 working days

Exchange a shade

Picked the wrong shade? No problem — within 7 days, if the lens is still sealed, we'll send you a different shade. You only pay the difference if the new shade is more expensive.

Damaged or wrong item received

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
